These Terms apply to all offers, quotations, sales, and deliveries made by Rhinoc Sport.
By visiting our Website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Any deviations from these Terms are valid only if confirmed in writing by Rhinoc Sport.
3. Products and Services
Rhinoc Sport provides high-quality sports flooring systems, coatings, and cleaning solutions.

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or up-to-date.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders placed via the Website or through direct contact with Rhinoc Sport are subject to acceptance by us.
Prices are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment terms must be agreed upon in advance. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a written purchase confirmation.
Rhinoc Sport reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason.
5. Delivery and Risk
Delivery times are indicative and not binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Rhinoc Sport will make every reasonable effort to meet stated delivery dates but cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer at the moment of delivery or dispatch.
6. Returns and Complaints
Returns are only accepted if agreed upon in advance and under the conditions specified by Rhinoc Sport.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-made or special-order products cannot be returned.
Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days after receipt of the goods. If a complaint is deemed valid, Rhinoc Sport may, at its discretion, replace or repair the product, or issue a credit note.
7. Warranty
Rhinoc Sport guarantees that its products conform to agreed specifications and are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
Warranty claims are valid only if the product has been properly used and maintained according to Rhinoc Sport’s guidelines.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, installation errors, or modifications made without prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhinoc Sport shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Business interruption or loss of profits;
Damage resulting from improper use or external causes.
Rhinoc Sport’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product concerned.
