With the outbreak of the Corona COVID-19 virus worldwide, we have received many questions about the effectiveness of our probiotic cleaning products. By means of this statement, we want to provide correct information on what to expect and how to use the RHINOC Sport products.

First of all, NOT A SINGLE CLEANING PRODUCT in the world can prevent the direct transmission from person to person (through sneezing, coughing, kissing, hand contact …) of this (or any) virus. This is only possible through the known social distance measures. However, there is still a very large indirect risk of contamination via contaminated surfaces or objects. So, we need to focus on the indirect transfer through hand, surfaces or objects.

1. Strictly follow the instructions and guidelines of the government regarding personal contact (social distancing)! These guidelines are there to prevent DIRECT infections!

2. Follow our RHINOC Sport cleaning strategy below to avoid the INDIRECT contamination:

Cleaning of surfaces. Bacteria and viruses (incl COVID19) can survive longer on surfaces with a lot of organic pollution (= food source for micro-organisms). Cleaning with a RHINOC Sport cleaning product ensure a very clean surface. This can be done via the “classic” cleaning method, or “indirectly” for surfaces that are difficult to access or difficult to clean.

RHINOC Sport offers products with innovative technologies for optimum hygiene and protection that significantly reduce the risk of indirect contamination. Objects/textile. It is not always possible to clean all surfaces/materials (such as textile) or objects/rooms. This leaves a possible hot spot for the corona virus.
